Our highly experienced team are led by our experienced site managers who have managed complex projects in London and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. Our team of Ground Workers and Brick Layers ensure the build is completed quickly and efficiently. Working closely with our team of Architects and Structural Engineers ensures that our client needs are met and are prioritised. Our work covers but is not limited to:

Refurbishments:
Our fully accredited, in-house team co-ordinate our projects to ensure that time scales are adhered to
whilst controlling the high quality of works. They know how to clearly outline expectations and deliver on them and we take full responsibility for the building renovation project, handling all stages from planning to completion whilst clearly communicating with our clients each step of the way! Our years of experience and innovative ideas allows us to make client visions a reality.
Loft and Garage Conversions:
We can help our clients create extra living space, bedroom or office space with a garage conversion,
allowing it to meet its greatest potential. OLB will deliver the project on time and within budget.
Landscape and Gardening:
It is important to us that your outside space reflects the character from your property and is a calm place to unwind and create memories in.
